This Privacy Policy explains how LED Board · Scrolling Banner (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our mobile application on Android and iOS. The App is published by bigApps (Göksel Pırnal) (“Developer”).

By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

The App lets you type custom messages, choose colors, speeds, and other display settings. This content is saved in a local database on your device so you can reuse messages later. We do not operate a cloud account system and do not receive your message text on our servers.

If you contact us by email (for example via the in-app feedback option), we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address and message content.

1.2 Information stored on your device

The App may store the following locally:

• Saved LED messages and display styles
• App preferences (language, brightness boost, haptic feedback, default style)
• Purchase and premium status flags needed for offline use
• Non-personal timestamps (for example, ad cooldown timing)

1.3 Information collected by third parties

When you use the free version of the App or make a purchase, third-party services may collect information according to their own policies, which may include:

• Device identifiers and advertising IDs
• IP address and general location (country/region level)
• App interactions related to ads or purchases
• Crash and performance diagnostics (if enabled)

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide core App features (LED scrolling text, saved messages, presets)
• Remember your settings and preferences on your device
• Deliver and measure advertising in the free version
• Process one-time in-app purchases and restore purchases
• Respond to support requests
• Improve stability and fix bugs
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Advertising

The free version of LED Board uses Google AdMob to show ads in editor and navigation screens. We designed the App so that full-screen LED display mode does not show ads.

AdMob may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. You can learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses data in AdMob.

On iOS, you may limit ad tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, you may reset or limit your advertising ID in system settings.

4. In-App Purchases

LED Board offers an optional one-time purchase to remove ads and unlock premium features. Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to manage entitlements and restore purchases.

We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Purchase history is handled by the app store and RevenueCat according to their policies:

5. Crash Reporting & Analytics

We may use Firebase Crashlytics (Google) to collect anonymous crash logs and technical diagnostics to improve App stability. If enabled, this may include device model, operating system version, and crash stack traces. It does not include the text of your LED messages.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:

• Service providers that help us operate the App (advertising, payments, crash reporting)
• App stores (Apple, Google) for purchase processing
• Authorities when required by law or to protect our legal rights

7. Data Retention

• On-device data: Remains on your device until you delete messages, clear app data, or uninstall the App.
• Support emails: Retained as long as needed to resolve your request.
• Third-party data: Retained according to each provider's policy.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

Practical choices available in the App and on your device:

• Delete saved messages inside the App
• Clear app storage or uninstall the App
• Restore or manage purchases via App Store / Google Play
• Limit ad personalization in device settings
• Contact us to exercise privacy rights

10. International Users

The App is available internationally. Third-party providers may process data in countries other than your own. By using the App, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

11. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App and our service providers. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. Message data stored on your device is protected by your device's operating system security.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

13. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer disclaims liability for issues arising from third-party services, network failures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
