This Privacy Policy applies only to the Baby Monitor app (com.bigapps.baby.monitor) published on Google Play and the App Store by bigApps. The app is developed and published by bigApps; the natural person operating it is Göksel Pırnal. This SERVICE is provided as an ad-supported app at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This app is for parents and caregivers who want to watch a baby’s room using two phones they own. It is not a children’s app. It is not for watching other adults.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

You are not required to create an account or provide your name or email address. We do not record or store your video or audio on our servers.

A device identity (cryptographic keys) and an optional pairing record are stored only on the phone, using on-device storage. You can remove the pairing in Settings.

While you watch the live feed, a small banner ad may appear at the top of the viewer screen. Ads are not shown on the camera phone. We use Google AdMob for this; AdMob may collect device identifiers as described in Google’s policies.

We use Firebase Analytics to understand which screens are used and how the app performs. We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports so we can fix bugs. These services do not receive your video, audio, or pairing codes.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Ads are not personalized. The app does not request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission and does not use cross-app tracking for ads. In the European Economic Area, Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form may be shown.

Connection and live video

Pairing and WebRTC setup signals (SDP offers/answers and ICE candidates) are exchanged through Firebase Firestore. These messages contain no video or audio. Rooms expire automatically after 24 hours.

Video and sound usually go straight from one phone to the other. When a direct peer-to-peer path is not available, encrypted media may relay through Cloudflare TURN. TURN credentials are short-lived. Cloudflare does not record or store your media; it only relays traffic.

If you leave the camera screen, broadcasting pauses. This app does not capture camera or microphone in the background.

Permissions

Camera and microphone are requested only when you choose the camera role, scan a pairing code, or hold Talk. We do not request contacts, photos, location, or Bluetooth.

While the camera is broadcasting, Android shows a persistent notification: “Baby Monitor is using the camera on this phone.”

Log Data

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

I may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

I want to inform users of this Service that these third parties may have access to their Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

Security

I value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Therefore, I strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do the necessary actions.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

Bilgilerin Toplanması ve Kullanımı

Hesap oluşturmanız, adınızı veya e-posta adresinizi vermeniz gerekmez. Video veya sesinizi sunucularımızda kaydetmiyor veya saklamıyoruz.

Cihazda kriptografik anahtarlara dayalı bir cihaz kimliği ve isteğe bağlı bir eşleştirme kaydı yalnızca telefonunuzda saklanır. Eşleştirmeyi Ayarlar’dan silebilirsiniz.

Canlı yayını izlerken, izleyici ekranının üstünde küçük bir banner reklam görünebilir. Reklamlar kamera telefonunda gösterilmez. Bunun için Google AdMob kullanılır; AdMob, Google politikalarında açıklandığı gibi cihaz tanımlayıcıları toplayabilir.

Hangi ekranların kullanıldığını ve uygulamanın nasıl çalıştığını anlamak için Firebase Analytics; çökme raporları için Firebase Crashlytics kullanırız. Bu hizmetler video, ses veya eşleştirme kodlarınızı almaz.

Uygulama, sizi tanımlamak için kullanılabilecek bilgiler toplayabilecek üçüncü taraf hizmetler kullanır.

Uygulamanın kullandığı üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcılarının gizlilik politikalarına bağlantılar:

Reklamlar kişiselleştirilmez; uygulama App Tracking Transparency (ATT) izni istemez ve reklamlar için cihazlar arası izleme yapmaz. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı’nda Google’ın reklam onay formu (UMP) gösterilebilir.

Bağlantı ve canlı yayın

Eşleştirme ve WebRTC kurulum sinyalleri (SDP teklif/yanıtları ve ICE adayları) Firebase Firestore üzerinden değiş tokuş edilir. Bu mesajlar video veya ses içermez. Odalar 24 saat sonra otomatik olarak sona erer.

Video ve ses genellikle bir telefondan diğerine doğrudan gider. Doğrudan eşler arası yol mümkün değilse, şifreli medya Cloudflare TURN üzerinden aktarılabilir. TURN kimlik bilgileri kısa ömürlüdür. Cloudflare, iletilen trafiği kaydetmez veya saklamaz; yalnızca aktarımı sağlar.

Kamera ekranından çıkarsanız yayın duraklar. Bu uygulama arka planda kamera veya mikrofon yakalamaz.

İzinler

Kamera ve mikrofon yalnızca kamera rolünü seçtiğinizde, bir eşleştirme kodunu taradığınızda veya Talk’a basılı tuttuğunuzda istenir. Kişiler, fotoğraflar, konum veya Bluetooth istemeyiz.

Kamera yayın yaparken Android kalıcı bir bildirim gösterir: “Baby Monitor is using the camera on this phone.”

Günlük Verileri

Hizmetimi kullandığınızda, uygulamada bir hata oluşması durumunda (üçüncü taraf ürünler aracılığıyla) telefonunuzdaki Günlük Verileri adı verilen veri ve bilgileri toplayabilirim. Bu Günlük Verileri; cihazınızın İnternet Protokolü (“IP”) adresi, cihaz adı, işletim sistemi sürümü, Hizmetimi kullanırken uygulamanın yapılandırması, Hizmeti kullanımınızın tarihi ve saati ve diğer istatistikler gibi bilgileri içerebilir.

Çerezler

Çerezler, genellikle anonim benzersiz tanımlayıcılar olarak kullanılan küçük miktarda veri içeren dosyalardır. Bunlar, ziyaret ettiğiniz web sitelerinden tarayıcınıza gönderilir ve cihazınızın dahili belleğinde saklanır.

Bu Hizmet bu “çerezleri” açıkça kullanmaz. Ancak uygulama, hizmetlerini geliştirmek için bilgi toplamak amacıyla “çerez” kullanan üçüncü taraf kod ve kütüphaneler kullanabilir.
