This policy describes how My Doodle Box (the “App”) handles information when you use it. The data controller is bigApps (Göksel Pırnal). For privacy-related questions: gokselpirnal@gmail.com.

1. Information we process

The App lets you create drawings, keep a library, and sync to the cloud when signed in. Categories of information may include:

Account and sign-in: Firebase Authentication, including anonymous sessions and optional Sign in with Apple or Google. Identifiers and session data from those services may be processed.
Drawings and library (cloud): When you use cloud sync, Firebase Firestore may store data needed for the App to work, such as drawing titles, stroke coordinates, canvas size, creation and update times, collection names, and how items are grouped.
On-device storage: The App may keep data on your device (for example local storage or cache) so the experience works offline or loads faster.
Analytics: In-app events and usage information may be collected with Firebase Analytics.
Sharing and stores: If you start a share action or “rate the app,” the operating system or another app (or the App Store / Google Play) may process information under their own terms.

2. Why we use this information

To run the App, manage your session, and sync your library in the cloud.
To protect the service, fix issues, and reduce misuse.
To understand how the App is used and improve it.

3. Service providers

Parts of the App rely on infrastructure and sign-in partners, including:

Google Firebase (authentication, database, analytics, and related features) — Firebase & Google privacy
Google (Google sign-in) — Google Privacy Policy
Apple (Sign in with Apple) — Apple Privacy
Apple App Store / Google Play for distribution; their policies apply to store-related processing.

4. Retention and deletion

We keep information as long as it is needed to provide the App and its features. You can delete your own data from inside the App (for example drawings, collections, or account-related data the App exposes for deletion). What is removed depends on the screens and actions available in the App at the time you use it.

5. Age

The App is intended for users aged 13 and over.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this text from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. We do not send separate notices (for example push or email) when this privacy policy changes; please check this page if you want the latest version.
